Green Tech Guardians NFT License Agreement
This NFT License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the creator Tatarin ;-) ("Licensor") and the owner ("Licensee") of any non-fungible token ("NFT") from the Green Tech Guardians collection on the Chia blockchain.

1. Ownership and License Grant
1.1. The Licensee owns the NFT but does not own the intellectual property ("IP") rights to the underlying artwork, characters, or associated media.
1.2. The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, display, and resell the NFT, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Permitted Uses
2.1. The Licensee may:

Display the NFT for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Resell or transfer the NFT on a marketplace that verifies proof of ownership.
Use the NFT as a profile picture, banner, or digital asset in metaverse environments.
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1. The Licensee may not :

Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the NFT artwork.
Use the NFT for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising) without explicit written consent from the Licensor.
Associate the NFT with hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or defamatory content.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the IP associated with the Green Tech Guardians collection.
4.2. The Licensee’s rights are strictly limited to ownership of the NFT token itself, not the underlying IP.

5. Resale and Transfer
5.1. When reselling or transferring the NFT, the new owner automatically agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
5.2. The Licensee may not attempt to bypass royalty payments designated by the Licensor on secondary sales.

6. Termination
6.1. This license remains in effect as long as the Licensee owns the NFT.
6.2. If the Licensee engages in prohibited uses, the license may be revoked, and the Licensor reserves the right to take legal action.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1. The NFT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. The Licensor is not responsible for any loss of the NFT due to user negligence, marketplace failures, or blockchain-related issues.

By purchasing or owning an NFT from the Green Tech Guardians collection, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
